NGOs listed on The Hugo Initiative retain the right to request removal of their information from the platform. It may take 3–10 days to remove or update information, subject to proof of ownership.
NGOs listed by the community or volunteers cannot be removed but can only be claimed.
All intellectual property on the website, including but not limited to copyrights, designs, database rights, and trademarks (registered or unregistered), remain the property of The Hugo Initiative.
Any communication or material posted in public areas of the website, including data, comments, suggestions, or feedback, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. The Hugo Initiative reserves the right to remove such content at its discretion.

In the event of a valid refund request due to the above reasons, users must contact us at care@hugoinitiative.com within 7 days of the transaction date, along with relevant transaction details and proof. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
The Hugo Initiative shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.
Donations made to NGOs listed on the platform are directed to the respective organizations, and The Hugo Initiative does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the utilization of funds by such NGOs.
